HADAF aims to promote democracy values through building the capacity of Somali citizen, conduct research, holding meetings, carry out civic education, training on conflict mediation and election monitoring and documentation, encourage protection of Human Rights.
The center strives to promote the strengthening of national democratic institutions and enhance popular participation and citizens.
